Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Architect with solid construction experience and strong design and project coordination skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, contractors, and management to deliver timely and high-quality architectural outputs from concept to construction, while ensuring compliance with Philippine codes and project requirements. Flexibility, collaboration, and strong rendering skills are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise architectural designs, plans, layouts, and technical drawings as needed.
Create 3D renderings and visual presentations using advanced design software.
Collaborate with the engineering and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project scope.
Participate in site inspections, monitor architectural works, and provide support for onsite design adjustments.
Prepare and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) for architectural components.
Assist in project documentation, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with foreign consultants, clients, and internal teams regarding project requirements and design feedback.
Contribute to the processing of local permits and coordinate with LGUs when needed.
Respond to design revisions and client requests promptly to meet critical deadlines.
Ensure designs adhere to local building codes and align with the aesthetic and functional goals of the client.
Provide and receive constructive feedback professionally within the project team.
Qualifications:
Licensed Architect (PRC Registered).
With 3–5 years of experience in design and construction projects.
Proficient in multiple architectural rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, V-Ray, etc.) — the more, the better.
Knowledgeable in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, MS Project, Outlook).
Experience in preparing Bills of Materials (BOM).
Excellent communication skills, especially when interfacing with foreign stakeholders and management.
Work Conditions & Requirements:
Willing to be assigned to onsite project locations
Must be open to working long hours, including weekends, holidays, and rest days to meet deadlines
Should be flexible and open to design feedback and changes from clients and team leads
COSH certification and local permitting experience are a plus but not required
