We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for a seasonal project lasting three (3) months. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or first-time job seekers who want to gain valuable experience in a professional work environment.

No BPO experience required — we provide the necessary training to help you succeed!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, or chat in a polite and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

  • Assist in resolving customer concerns with patience and empathy.

  • Record and update customer details in the system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

  • Meet performance goals such as response time and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain professionalism and positivity in all interactions.

  • Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate (college level or graduate is a plus).

  • No prior BPO experience required—we welcome applicants who are eager to learn!

  • Good communication and active listening skills.

  • Basic computer navigation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Note:
This is a seasonal position for three (3) months only with a total package of ₱18,000. Perfect for those looking for short-term work experience and additional income during the peak season.
