Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor/Supervisor with at least 3 years of solid HR experience and proven people management skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, advising employees and managers on HR policies, and supervising HR team members to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Supervise and support HR team members in daily operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
- Partner with department heads to address workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Handle employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Lead HR projects such as policy updates, training programs, and process improvements.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Support disciplinary and grievance procedures in alignment with company standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
