POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a remote Marketing Strategist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence, support pipeline growth, and drive measurable business results.
The ideal candidate will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, bringing a mix of analytical rigor and creative vision. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and operations, to ensure marketing campaigns are consistent, aligned, and impactful across all channels.
This is a remote, 100% work-from-home, full-time employment position.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop, refine, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide campaign development.
- Define target markets, buyer personas, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation initiatives.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and events.
- Partner with content teams to build storytelling frameworks and campaign messaging.
- Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and optimize for engagement and conversions.
- Align campaigns with sales objectives to ensure direct support of revenue and pipeline growth.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Use data to identify optimization opportunities and share actionable recommendations.
- Maintain dashboards and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Partner with sales, design, and product teams to align strategies and initiatives.
- Brief creative teams and agencies on goals, deliverables, and performance expectations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (outsourcing, technology, or professional services preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, and customer journeys.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Data-driven with the ability to convert insights into action.
- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
- Strategic thinker with a creative, test-and-learn mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural, and global team environment.
- Curious, proactive, and results-oriented.
Preferred:
- Experience with ABM, campaign marketing automation, and lead scoring frameworks in a BPO outsourcing environment.

- Residency Requirement: Reside in one of the states to be considered: Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin or Wyoming.
- Remote Work Setup: Must maintain a dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet, free from distractions, and compliant with cxperts’ security and confidentiality standards.
- Successfully pass all pre-employment background checks.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually
